The dreams of 48 high school basketball players came true on Tuesday, following the announcement of the 2021 McDonald's All-American Game rosters on ESPN's The Jump.
Twenty-four boys and 24 girls heard their names called. The boys roster is headlined by 7-foot-1 Minnehaha Academy High School (Minn.) center Chet Holmgren, the consensus top player in the 2021 class. On the girls side, St. John's College (D.C.) guard Azzi Fudd, a Connecticut signee, is the top ranked player selected.
Due to COVID-19, the game will not be played for the second year in a row, but all of the players will still be honored virtually and receive jerseys.
